First it has a very calming and welcoming environment which helps put you at ease. The staff is also super kind and supportive sonif youb have dental anxiety this is a very helpful part. I felt communication was good both in scheduling and during fental work, when I advocated to the doctor I felt it was heard and addressed. My dental assistant was an angel and definitely helps keep you informed, calm and made the experience pleasant.
