If you live in Devon, you know what makes this corner of the Main Line special. You’ve got the Devon Horse Show, the walkable village center, and quiet streets lined with old trees. You also value having a dentist nearby who can handle more than just a cleaning. Someone who can solve complex problems without sending you into Center City.
Our Berwyn office sits just a short drive from Devon along Lancaster Avenue. For Devon residents, that means a quick, familiar trip down Route 30. Once you walk through our doors, you’ll find a level of training and technology that’s worth the short drive.
Dr. Florin Arhiri has cared for Main Line families for over two decades. He offers complete general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry under one roof, from routine cleanings and Invisalign to porcelain veneers and dental implants. Devon is one of the many communities we’re proud to serve, and you can learn more about the other areas we serve on our website.

What Makes Premier Smiles Different
Complex cases stay here
Dr. Arhiri’s advanced surgical and restorative training means most cases that other general dentists refer out stay in our office. You don’t have to coordinate between providers or drive into Center City for a specialist.
Same-day crowns
Dr. Arhiri holds a Master’s degree in the CEREC CAD/CAM system, not just a certification. He designs, creates, and places permanent dental crowns in a single visit.
One doctor, not a rotating team
At Premier Smiles, you see Dr. Arhiri at every visit. He knows your history, your goals, and your smile. You won’t start over with a new provider each time you come in.
Convenient for busy Main Line schedules
We know Devon families are busy. Between school pickups, commutes, and everything else, dental visits can slip through the cracks. We offer flexible scheduling and can often coordinate appointments for multiple family members on the same day.
Meet Your Devon-Area Dentist
Dr. Arhiri earned his first dental degree in Romania in 1997, then a second from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2002. A year later, he completed a Master’s degree in the CEREC CAD/CAM system. He also became certified in Advanced Anterior Esthetics through the Las Vegas Institute.
His advanced training didn’t stop there. Dr. Arhiri completed a Nobel Biocare implant mini-residency at Montefiore Dental Implant Center. He’s also trained in sinus lift surgery at Columbia University Medical Center, and earned laser certification through the World Clinical Laser Institute.
Dr. Arhiri has a multilingual dental practice and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Romanian. If you’re more comfortable discussing your care in any of those languages, just let us know.
Our Dental Services for Devon Residents
Some dental problems need more than a general dentist can offer. Implants, bone grafting, full-mouth reconstruction, and complex cosmetic cases often mean referrals to specialists across the city. At Premier Smiles, Dr. Arhiri’s advanced training means those cases stay here, in Berwyn, close to home.
If you only need a routine cleaning, you’re in good hands too. We provide complete dental services for regular dental concerns and more in-depth procedures.
General and Family Dentistry
Regular checkups aren’t exciting, but they’re how you avoid problems down the road. We see patients of all ages, from teens to adults, and we help Main Line families stay on track with care that fits their schedules.
Our general dentistry services include dental cleanings and checkups, exams and digital X-rays, fluoride treatments, custom mouthguards, family dentistry, emergency dentistry, dental sedation, root canal therapy, and safe tooth extractions.
Cosmetic Dentistry
If you’re self-conscious about your teeth, it can affect how you laugh, talk, and how often you hide your smile in photos. Cosmetic dentistry helps you feel like yourself again.
Our cosmetic services include bonding, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, and smile makeovers. A smile makeover combines two or more treatments around your goals, your face, and your bite.
Restorative Dentistry
Life happens. Teeth can break, wear down, or sometimes just give up and leave. When they do, you need someone who can bring them back or bring in reinforcements.
Dr. Arhiri provides same-day dental crowns for damaged teeth, dental implants for missing teeth, and full mouth reconstruction for extensive wear or damage. Because he places and restores implants himself, implant cases that other practices refer out stay in one office.

Our Berwyn office is easy to reach from anywhere in Devon. We regularly see patients from:
